Sometimes we can hardly wait to move—and so we cry out in frustration. Compared to what’s coming, living conditions around here seem like a stopover in an unfurnished shack, and we’re tired of it!
Sometimes we complain about the changes that happen in our lives, because change makes us uncomfortable. Sometimes when we are still we are unsteady about our situation and we want something different. In either of these situations, change at first will be uncomfortable.
Sudden changes can be underestimated. When you don’t expect something new in your life you might be afraid about it; but change is not bad at all. Being open to new opportunities is something they don’t teach us; but is something you keep learning throughout your life.
Change in your life can either be bad or good; but what’s important is how you react to it. The best reaction you can have to it, is by asking yourself how can this change can help you edifying in any aspect of your life. You see, change can lead us to move towards a better season in our lives; because even though some of them might appear to be negative, at the end you find the real purpose of them. But if we stay in our comfort place, we won’t go forward.
Moving forward, facing changes and getting uncomfortable is something that will always happen; but if we don’t give a steep ahead we might be encaged in our own comfort for the rest of our lives. Routines and monotony kills creativity, and even faith; since not expecting something better for a change in your life might take you to the status of being comfortable with mediocrity and simpleness.
